State budget negotiations are scheduled for this weekend and not enough pharmacists have contacted their legislators to tell them to OPPOSE the opioid sales tax.

The Governor's proposed opioid tax has been accepted by the Assembly with a proposed INCREASE to the tax. The Senate has REJECTED the tax. It is two houses against one. They need to hear from you ASAP.
Contact your legislator and tell them pharmacies CANNOT absorb this tax.
