PSSNY Requests Delay in Emblem Health Network Changes

The PSSNY office is experiencing an influx of calls, emails and faxes regarding notices from Express Scripts and Emblem Health indicating that they are transitioning its Walgreens National Network to Walgreens Advantage Network.
PSSNY, in collaboration with the NCPA, has requested a delay in implementation because the Department of Health did not complete a thorough review of the proposed changes prior to implementation.  See our letter here.
Please let the Department of Health know they need to delay implementation while the Department of Health determines if the pharmacy network is adequate to serve patients.
