Ø Describe inattentional blindness and ways to avoid medication errors.
Ø Recognize common errors in electronic and computer prescriber order entry and the effects on medications errors.
Ø Discuss the Just Culture program and its effects on pharmacy.
Ø Identify reference sources available to pharmacists for more information.
