· Define the scope of the problem in communities where meth is being made from OTC cold and allergy medications containing PSE or EPH;

· Describe the unique partnership between pharmacists and law enforcement, the National Precursor Log Exchange (NPLEx), is helping to effectively reduce meth production and protect patients, pharmacists and communities;

· Describe the method pharmacies can register their pharmacies for use of and participation in NPLEx in New York State.
