· List the demographics of heroin or fentanyl related deaths;

· Identify the physiology of an opiate overdose;

· Describe the Good Samaritan law;

· Identify the properties of naloxone;

· Describe how to use naloxone to resolve an overdose;

· List how to report the use and how to provide necessary follow-up after an incident.
