2.       Discuss methods of improving patient safety in individuals with marginal health literacy
3.       List suggestions to avoid errors with look-alike, sound-alike medications and OTC products
4.       List methods to minimize errors occurring during transitions of care
5.       Discuss the impact of newer technology on the rate of error occurrence.
